◆Effects on human immune function: after 3-6 days of treatment with inosine pranobex  in volunteers exposed to influenza virus, the proliferation of lymphocytes caused by the virus was significantly increased. Ⅰ type or Ⅱ herpes simplex virus infection patients after treatment with isopropyl inosine, peripheral lymphocytes in PHA induced increased by 138%;In response to herpesantigen, lymphotocytokine and lymphototoxin production was increased by 63%.
